The Following Kinds of Characters MUST Be Applied For!

Veela :
The Veela is also a very close relative of humans, but with interesting powers. Veelas are universally female, exceptionally beautiful, and can exert a strong grip over human males with their brand of sensual dancing. Any males watching will instantly be overcome with a desire to watch them and impress them with some great heroic feat. Even when they are not dancing, the Veela carries a certain aura which is deeply inspiring to men. The effect seems to wear off a little with age, as Arthur Weasley was able to resist the charm of the Veelas’ dance at the Quidditch World Cup, whereas Harry and Ron were about to leap on them.Half-Veela's, have grandmother's who are a Veela.

We are allowing 2 in the school, and 3 graduate, all only Half Veela.

Metamorphmagus :
Unlike some of the other types listed here, Metamorphmagi are born with the ability to change their appearance at will. Nymphadora Tonks is a Metamorphmagus. The word comes from the Greek prefex "meta-" connotating change, "morph" meaning "form," and "magus" meaning "wizard."

It is an extremely rare ability, and due to that, we are allowing no more than 1 in the school and 2 graduate.

Animagus :
Ordinary Transfiguration of a human into an animal's shape results in the human having an animal's brain, and thus being unable to remember what he or she was supposed to be doing . Retaining one's human mental capacities while still taking on an animal's form is a highly advanced form of Transfiguration, and can go horribly wrong. Consequently, those who can master this Transfiguration are quite rare in the wizarding world; they are referred to as Animagi. More precisely, an Animagus is a witch or wizard who has the ability to Transfigure herself/himself into an animal at will while retaining her/his mental powers, such as the ability to think as a human. It took Peter Pettigrew, James Potter, and Sirius Black (James and Sirius are said to be the cleverest students in their school at the time) the best part of three years (between their second and fifth school years) to work out how to do it.

We are only allowing 2 students (in the 6th or 7th years, none younger) and 2 graduates to be Animagi

Werewolves :
The werewolf is a most unusual creature in that it doesn't technically exist except for a brief period of time around the full moon. At any other time, a werewolf is a completely normal human. However, the term werewolf is used for both the wolf-like creature and the normal human. Remus Lupin is a werewolf by definition even if he isn't in the actual form of the wolf.

A werewolf comes into being when a person is bitten by another werewolf. Once this happens, the person must learn to manage the condition. Modern potion-making has come up with a draught called Wolfsbane Potion which controls some of the worst effects of the condition. Wolfsbane Potion is quite difficult to make, even for fully qualified wizards, and is said to have a rather disgusting taste. Nothing will completely cure a werewolf, unfortunately.

A werewolf can be distinguished from a true wolf physically by several small distinguishing characteristics, including the pupils of the eyes, snout shape, and tufted tail.

A werewolf when transformed is a fearsome beast indeed. All trace of human awareness is gone and the werewolf will attack any witch or wizard, including the werewolf's best friends. This transformation is triggered when the moon is full, although there is some evidence that a werewolf who is taking a regular regimen of Wolfsbane Potion will not transform until the moonlight actually strikes him.

As of now, the werewolves are on Voldemort's side, so there are no limits on those. The werewolves that are against voldemort, are limited to four, but only one may be an actual student at Hogwart's.  Werewolves by Shadow.

Vampire: Due to what little is known, one of our players has created the rule set that Vampires will be governed by in this room, please see the following link: Vampires by Shadow.

Seer :
Another rare gift is the Inner Eye, the ability to prophesy. A wizard with this gift is called a Seer. Trelawney does have some small measure of this talent, but it has surfaced only twice that we know of. She is, however, the great-great-granddaughter of a very famous and very talented Seer, Cassandra Trelawney.

Due to the rareness, and the family trait of this ability, we will allow 2 in school, and 2 graduates.

Ministry:
Any Ministry Officials, Department of Mysteries (Unspeakables) Officials, Cursebreakers, or any higher level Ministry people should be applied for.  As the Ministry should be rather discerning about who they let in considering we are in the middle of a war.

Parseltongues :
Parseltongue is the language of snakes; to a human who cannot speak it, it sounds like hissing without taking a breath. A speaker of Parseltongue is referred to as a Parselmouth.

The ability to speak Parseltongue is extremely rare, and is something for which Salazar Slytherin was famous (hence his nickname of "Serpent-tongue", and the choice of a serpent as the symbol of Slytherin House). Tom Riddle inherited this ability from Slytherin, and used it to control the basilisk from the Chamber of Secrets. Harry acquired the ability to speak Parseltongue from Voldemort during Voldemort's attack on the Potters. Harry used the ability unwittingly to speak to a boa constrictor in the zoo and to a snake conjured by Draco Malfoy at the Duelling Club.

Due to how rare this is, Harry Potter is the ONLY parseltongue at Hogwarts, and we are allowing 1 graduate

Legilimens / Occlumens :
A Legilimens is a Wizard who has learned the art of Legilimency, sensing the thoughts of another person. Dumbledore and Snape are both experts at this form of magic. Voldemort is also an accomplished Legilimens.

The skill of Occlumency allows a person to block the efforts of a Legilimens to probe their thoughts and memories. A person who practiced that rare skill is called an Occlumens.

Due to the fact that this is a trained ability, we are allowing one of each type in the school, and one of each type as a graduate.

Aurors :
The Aurors are an elite group of witches and wizards who battle the Dark Arts. They operate in some ways as soldiers but more often as intelligence agents, seeking out Dark wizards and defeating them, often in fierce wizard duels. Alastor Moody and Frank and Alice Longbottom were famous Aurors. Aurors are sometimes refered to as Dark Wizard Catchers.

We are allowing no more than 10 aurors.

Some of the Death Eaters have children at Hogwarts.

We are allowing no more than 10 death eaters.
